What you will need:
white clay (or any color for the plate)
Tan claybrown acrylic paint.
What to do:
1. flatten our your plate color into the size you want.
2. roll out some tan clay and cut it into 3-4 in. strip, like the space between an "=" sign and however wide you would like. you can just eyeball the size like i did.SIZE WILL VARY IF YOU WANT THEM BIGGER
3. Paint the one side of the tan strip with some brown acrylic paint.
4. take a toothpick, tool, or your hands to roll it up into the shape of the roll (with a slant kinda) THIS WILL TAKE TIME TO DO SO PRACTICE IF ITS NOT RIGHT
5. repeat with however many you are making and attach them to a plate
6. add eyelet if it is a charm.
